File on behalf of a customer

Find the person who reported it — or add them by email — and the post lands under their name. Their votes count, your roadmap stays honest.

Highlight the customer's words in a ticket or email, open the popup, and the title and details are already filled in.

Live title search as you type. Vote on the existing post or add the note as a comment instead of forking demand.

Right-click to capture

Select the customer's words on any page, right-click, and send them to Looph as a new post or as a comment on an existing one.

Install in 4 steps

  1. 1. Click and unzip the file.
  2. 2. Open chrome://extensions in your browser.
  3. 3. Toggle Developer mode on (top-right corner).
  4. 4. Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder. Then click the Looph icon and either sign in with Google or paste an install token from your workspace's Integrations page.
Privacy: The extension only sends what you submit — your post and the page URL and title. It reads the text you have selected, nothing else: no cookies, no passwords, no form fields, no network traffic. Read the full privacy policy.
